I, Marshal Fisher, extend my support for Alan Moore in his campaign for Wayne County Sheriff. I have been the Marshal in Lynn for 27 years and I met Alan Moore in March of 2013 during a homicide investigation that involved the Lynn Police Department and the Wayne County Sheriff's Department. At that time, Alan Moore was able to assist investigating Officers using his Law Enforcement skills along with his computer technology skills to provide crucial information in an electronic format. 

The investigation led to multiple search warrants of cellular phones with the analytics of call and text logs and cellular phone locations during those events. Alan Moore was able to use his Law Enforcement and his IT skills and present to investigating Officers a complete, easy-to-use, website interference program. This gave investigating Officers the ability to comb through multiple pages of information in a timely manner and allowed officers to follow leads on this case. This type of information is a profound necessity in today's world of Law Enforcement and in 2013, Alan Moore was a step ahead of many agencies. 

The Lynn Police Department has worked with Wayne County Sheriff's Department on several calls over the years as our jurisdictions are very close. I have had interactions with Alan Moore on multiple occasions in his current role as Chief Deputy and know that he has what it takes to lead the Wayne County Sheriff's Department as the next Wayne County Sheriff.
